Formerly an HR Director for a national engineering firm, she has vast experience building firm structure and culture from the ground up. She has sourced and staffed entire engineering practices, opened new branch locations, and reorganized and streamlined HR departments. She works with numerous types of companies from tech start-ups, manufacturers, architecture firms, restaurant groups and more. She has experience working with companies of varying sizes, from start-ups to international firms. A graduate of UC Berkeley, Maria has 20+ years of experience creating targeted HR solutions for her clients.
